You'll work closely with our Record Group to develop and execute client achievement plans, aligning with our clients' business goals and industry needs. Your expertise in cloud applications, client relationship management, and technical acumen will enable you to drive success and deliver exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and maintain strong relationships with key client partners and technical experts, ensuring quality service delivery and partnership growth * Develop and execute client achievement plans, aligning with client business goals and industry needs * Collaborate with clients to proactively identify opportunities for growth, streamline usage, and drive adoption * Lead the execution of program planning and client-facing program reviews, prioritization of commitments, and management of key partner and executive expectations to address agreed-upon client results and record needs * Work with clients to recognize opportunities for development, streamline usage, and drive adoption * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client business needs and how they align with Microsoft's offerings and value proposition * Identify, explore, convey, and influence key client technical and business partners at various levels * Guide and lead discussions to achieve client business goals by leveraging Microsoft's offerings * Map internal roles to client needs to activate client requirements * Hold, maintain, and support internal partner connections * Establish chief internal connections * Create communication procedures for holding business value discussions at client executive levels * Gather data on business and Data Innovation goals for client associations to recognize client needs and guide them to suitable solutions * Contribute to the development of a common client account plan to support client targets using solutions with other record group leaders **Technical Pertinence** * Grasp recognizes and adapts Microsoft solutions and technical skills (e.g., Azure, Dynamics, Power Apps) to client requirements and needs * Use technical acumen and industry attention to interpret client associations into client business effects and value * Recognize client situations and aligns with technical experts to identify relevant cross-cloud innovation solutions * Foster a familiarity with the cloud innovation marketplace, including Microsoft competitors **Essential and Preferred Qualifications** * Four years of college education in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field AND 2+ years of client success, service delivery, practice management, client-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience * Or equivalent experience * 2+ years of experience working with cloud services, especially in Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) * 2+ years of experience working with Record and Delivery groups to create and execute client success plans that align with client-specific business change drives and industry requirements **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills * Strong technical acumen and understanding of cloud applications and services * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners * Proven track record of driving success and delivering exceptional results * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a member of our team, you'll have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Professional development and training programs * Mentorship and coaching opportunities * Opportunities for advancement and career growth * Access to industry-leading technologies and tools * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of collaboration, respect, and inclusivity.
