**Experienced Full Stack Customer Solutions Engineer – Edge Cloud Platform Optimization**

We're building a more trustworthy Internet, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for helping our customers optimize their product delivery, global footprint, and user experience using our edge cloud platform. You will be on the front lines of this adoption, working closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and providing expert guidance on how to leverage our platform to achieve their business goals. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for: * Developing technical relationships with customers to build a deep understanding of their team, infrastructure, plans, and problems they are encountering * Post-sales implementation of arenaflex products, such as logging endpoints, image optimization, and VCL coding while documenting key aspects of the customer's configuration for troubleshooting and engagement * Investigating and recommending improvements to customers' implementation and utilization of arenaflex's technology stack * Looking for opportunities to introduce new arenaflex products that complement the customer's needs * Partnering internally to create customer strategies and assist in support requests or problems for assigned customers * Participating in regularly scheduled customer meetings on-site and by video/phone as necessary, including cadence calls and Quarterly Business Review meetings * Tracking and reporting on the health of your customer accounts, providing regular updates to Client Services leadership **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Post-Sales, Sales Engineering, Web Development, Customer-facing DevOps Engineer, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Architect * A strong understanding of networking, including BGP, internet routing, and the difference between transit and peering * A deep understanding of HTTP/s, TCP, TLS, DNS, HLS, DASH, Load Balancing, Apache, NGINX * Hands-on experience with Linux and scripting languages/tools such as Python, Sed, Awk, Perl, JSON, Ruby, GO, Node.js * Experience with internet and cloud-based architecture as well as an understanding of bare metal deployments as well as cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP * Empathy and understanding of the customer * A comfort level with presenting and leading customer presentations and training * Strong interpersonal, communication, and feedback (writing and verbal) skills * Critical thinking and analytical skills * Ability to present technical concepts to various business stakeholders (technical and non-technical) * Ability to outline deliverables and business impact * Willingness to travel for customer meetings as necessary **Nice to Have:** * Experience with Varnish, Varnish Configuration Language * Streaming video/audio technologies or experience in e-commerce technologies/solutions * Experience in the CDN or cloud computing industries **Work Environment:** arenaflex is a remote-friendly company, and this role is open to candidates in the United States.
