Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our customer service and data entry team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, processing claims information, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities
Perform data entry of claims information into the claims management systems
Follow up on missing information to ensure accurate processing of claims
Review invoices for accuracy
Compile reports from systems containing claims information
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older, or able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter into a contract
Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
Basic computer and typing skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm
