**Job Summary**
As a Remote Hotel Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring seamless transactions, and providing a high level of support to our customers. You'll be responsible for triaging substantial residential and commercial property losses, serving as a point of contact for various clientele, and coordinating hotel stays within budget provided by insurance companies. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Triages substantial residential and commercial property losses by assessing client needs
* Serves as the point of contact for a variety of clientele, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Coordinates hotel stays within budget provided by insurance companies, ensuring seamless transactions and adherence to procedures
* Collaborates with other support departments to ensure seamless transactions and meets deadlines
* Assists with special projects and training of new colleagues on processes and systems
* Performs other duties as assigned, supporting the organization's quality program(s)
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED required
* Three (3) years of customer concierge or claims customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Strong knowledge of concierge department systems and processes
* Detailed knowledge of other support departments
* Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and handle conflict
* Detailed knowledge of managed repair strategies and processes
* Demonstrated ability to work with other departments to accomplish objectives
* Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
* PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently or in a team environment
* Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
* Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field
* Strong knowledge of hotel operations and management systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and vendors
