As a Work from Home (WFH / Remote) CSR, you'll play a critical role in providing crucial information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with eligibility, enrollment for Medicaid, and Qualified Health Plans through the State's Exchange.
