As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. Your goal will be to provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries, while also driving sales growth and meeting monthly sales goals. You will be an expert in simplifying complex issues, using creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, and navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records.
**Your Day-to-Day**
* Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and expert knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Resolve complex customer issues, virtually, using various tools and resources, along with quick access to engage with your manager or support team for assistance
* Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
* Perform basic troubleshooting on both products and services
* Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service
