**Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and guidance on our web and cloud applications. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure that they have a seamless experience with our products. You will also be responsible for collaborating with our internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback on product improvements.

**Responsibilities**

* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions
* Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers, including features, benefits, and troubleshooting tips
* Assist customers in selecting products or services, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable
* Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly and that the workspace is tidy and efficient
* Monitor product status and assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience
* Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals, building strong relationships and promoting a positive work environment
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, staying connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner, following all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy, ensuring that you are always equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers

**Eligibility**

* Previous sales or customer experience preferred, with a strong background in customer service and technical support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and internal stakeholders
* Strong customer service skills and friendly, approachable behavior, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional experiences
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
* Knowledge of the products and services offered by Google Cloud is a plus, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company
