**Job Overview**

As a full stack customer service representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. **Key Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat, and email, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and average handling time (AHT).
- Stay up-to-date on client products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proven track record in customer service, delivering outstanding customer care, and resolving complex issues.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a friendly, empathetic tone.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

**Technology and Equipment Requirements**

- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks not supported).
- Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS).
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication.
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity.
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed.
- Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication.

**Work Environment Requirements**

- Quiet, uninterrupted space.

**Contractual Relationship**

As an independent contractor with careerzynith, you'll maintain a contractual relationship with our company. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. careerzynith will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.
