**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Retail Sales and Customer Experience**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be the face of our brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network.
* Develop strong relationships with customers by creating connections and asking the right questions to uncover their needs.
* Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
* Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
* Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
* Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* One or more years of work experience.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
* Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a commission-based environment.
* Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
* Customer service experience.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in sales and customer service software.

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:**

* Yearly salary range of $43,000-$56,000, consisting of both base pay and team-based commission, as well as individual incentives.

**Sign-on Bonus:**

Candidates coming from outside the company may be entitled to a $2500 sign-on bonus, paid out in two equal parts: the first installment at the one-month point and the second 50% allocation after nine months of working with arenaflex.
