Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer has a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Providing information about flight schedules, reservations, and policies. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. Assisting customers with booking and modifying travel arrangements. Managing accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
