**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide top-notch support to our clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level agreements
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
* Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Windows operating systems or equivalent
* Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of identity
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience working with e-commerce companies or online marketplaces
* Knowledge of home goods and furniture industry
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish and English)
* Experience with CRM software and customer service tools
