**Position Overview:**

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be required to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Utilize our customer service platform to process transactions, resolve issues, and provide information to customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
* Provide training and support to new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve our customer service processes and outcomes.

**Required Capabilities:**

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
* Experience working with healthcare or insurance industry software and systems.
* Bilingual or multilingual skills.
