Your responsibilities will include: #### Inbound & Outbound Communication * Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner. * You will be the voice of arenaflex, guiding customers through their questions and concerns with patience and clarity. #### Problem Resolution * Listen attentively to customers' needs and challenges, then use your critical thinking skills and company resources to find effective and lasting solutions. * You will troubleshoot issues related to flight reservations, baggage, and other travel-related matters. #### Information & Guidance * Provide accurate and comprehensive information about flight schedules, booking policies, loyalty programs (arenaflex Miles), and other services. * You will serve as a knowledgeable resource, helping customers with everything from changing their flight to understanding their benefits. #### Detailed Documentation * Accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions and case details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. * Maintaining detailed records is crucial for ensuring continuity and high quality of service. #### Team Collaboration * Work collaboratively with your fellow team members and supervisors to share insights, escalate complex issues when necessary, and contribute to a positive and supportive virtual team environment. ### What We're Looking For #### Your Skills & Remote Readiness We are seeking individuals with a natural talent for communication and a desire to help others.
