Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Deliver exceptional customer care, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Troubleshoot customer issues, resolving problems and escalating complex concerns to senior teams as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our software applications to document and track customer conversations. Technology and Equipment Requirements: Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11, with some clients accepting AppleOS. Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed, with a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work. Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and blithequark is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, with no claim against blithequark for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind. Location and Availability: US locations only, with 100% remote work opportunities available.
