Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. Document customer interactions and updates in the system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with team members and other departments. Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace, with a dedicated area for work.
