As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in challenging situations
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, chat, or social media
* Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and provide expert advice
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help us improve and grow
* Managing a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure they have the support and resources they need to succeed
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support that exceeds expectations
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
* The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset, and to provide empathetic and professional support
* Comfort and experience using computers, including CRM systems and other software applications
* Experience working in customer support, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* A strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
