As a Remote Work from Home Customer Service Representative in a Contractor Role, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email.

**Job Summary**
As a Remote Work from Home Customer Service Representative in a Contractor Role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support services to our clients. You'll interact with customers through inbound phone calls, chat, and email, helping them with all their needs. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support services to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize technology, including computer applications and software, to provide efficient and effective support
* Work independently, managing your time and prioritizing tasks to meet client expectations
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support
* Stay up-to-date with client products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
**Schedule and Earnings**
* Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime
* Opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you (within client/contract hours of operation)
* Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour
* Pay is determined by your phone status when assisting customers
* Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care
* Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
* Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
**Technology and Equipment Requirements**
* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
* Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

* Quiet, uninterrupted space
* Organized desk area

**Contractual Relationship**
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
