**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction that we're known for. You'll be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies, and assisting customers with booking, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related issues. You'll also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution, and documenting and updating customer records accurately in the system.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
* Provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies
* Assist customers with booking, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related issues
* Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution
* Document and update customer records accurately in the system
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
* Stay updated with careerzynith policies, procedures, and promotions

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
