With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, we're a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages growth and development. **Job Summary** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and you'll play a critical role in shaping their experience with arenaflex. You'll be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also work closely with our team to develop and implement solutions to complex problems, and you'll contribute to the growth and success of our agency through your expertise and knowledge. **Responsibilities** * Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner * Resolve client issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner * Work closely with our team to develop and implement solutions to complex problems * Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on Medicare insurance options and benefits * Enter data into multiple online systems accurately and efficiently * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Requirements** * Minimum of 5 years of fast-paced office experience * Minimum of 5 years of experience at one company in your work history * Excellent verbal communication skills * Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Good technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and online systems * Ability to thrive and stay organized in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced doctors' office or small insurance company * Experience working with the 65+ age demographic * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with data entry and management systems **Work Environment** * Remote work environment with a quiet, distraction-free home office * High-speed internet and a PC or MAC required * Video chat environment with the rest of the team * Flexible work schedule with core hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday **Benefits** * On-the-job training and professional development opportunities * Paid time off (PTO) with increasing hours as you grow with the company * Work from home flexibility * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team * Competitive salary and benefits package **Compensation** * $40,000.00 per year * Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced customer service professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
