**Key Responsibilities**

* Sell top fitness products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and promotions
* Make effective recommendations and introduce customers to our VIP Family perks
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions
* Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to arenaflex standards and policies
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales in a high-volume call center environment
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Strong problem-solving and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
* High-speed internet and a reliable computer or laptop, with a quiet and dedicated workspace
