Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact in our call center, responding to incoming calls from customers and service providers. Address customer inquiries via email, text, and web chat, providing thoughtful and comprehensive responses. Assist customers with booking services, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments. Support service providers with questions and issues related to work orders and policy inquiries. Troubleshoot software issues for both customers and service providers, ensuring a smooth user experience. Collaborate with a fully remote team, utilizing technology for communication, training, and meetings. Essential Qualifications Be detail-oriented, with a thorough approach to work and task management. Demonstrate self-management skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Show a willingness to tackle unique and challenging customer service issues. Possess strong computer skills, including the ability to learn new applications and troubleshoot common technical issues. Maintain a professional, efficient, consistent, and honest approach in all interactions with coworkers and customers.
