**Job Summary**
As a Remote Freight and Logistics Support Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include:

* Processing and managing customer shipments, including tracking, tracing, and resolving any discrepancies

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Valid driver's license required
