**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Supporting the execution of less experienced Customer Service Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the team
* Providing input and presenting plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Performing complex customer service tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats
* Providing topic expertise and translation of procedures to less experienced Customer Service Agents, and guiding them to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives
* Collaborating with the team and communicating with various departments
* Suggesting areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction
* Interacting with internal and external clients, including resolving customer complaints and concerns
* Utilizing various systems to research and resolve issues with customer addresses on statements

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* 4+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, or contact center operations, or a combination of education and experience
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experience with Microsoft Access and other software applications
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to find information

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
