**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced full stack customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our internal teams, including our acquisition, legal, buying, records payable, and external providers to ensure seamless communication and resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our products and services
* Identify and escalate customer issues to senior representatives as needed
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert-level support
* Work closely with our external providers to ensure seamless communication and resolution
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses
