As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries received through various channels, including phone, email, and chat * Recording customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken * Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy * Addressing customer inquiries and resolving problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made * Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation * Communicating with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns * Performing data entry accurately * Performing other duties as assigned by management **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is preferred) * Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information * Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures * Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population; cultural competency * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment * Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously * Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products * Ability to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment * 1 year of experience in a role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with data entry and record-keeping **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or office.
