**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Customer Support**

We're seeking a driven, detail-oriented Customer Advocate to join our team and help us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, email support tickets, chats, forums, and other avenues of communication. You'll be the customer's first point of contact, resolving issues and making the process easy for them while building and maintaining arenaflex's reputation.
