Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full Stack Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and/or chat. With a strong emphasis on problem-solving and critical thinking, you'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve technical issues and deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to careerzynith clients over the phone, email, and/or chat
Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders in a timely and efficient manner
Work with customers to build and maintain positive relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Follow careerzynith policies, procedures, and processes to maintain quality and efficiency in customer service
Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives and team leaders to improve the overall customer experience
Document and track customer interactions and issues in a database, providing valuable insights for process improvement
Provide technical support to careerzynith clients via phone and/or chat, troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions

Essential Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
Ability to navigate computer systems and software efficiently, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting techniques
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and technical support experience


Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong emphasis on technical support and problem-solving
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of communication and collaboration tools
Strong technical skills, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
