**What You Will Do as a Full Stack Customer Service Representative**

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers via inbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries, concerns, and needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. You will also be responsible for upselling customers to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs, thereby enhancing their overall experience with our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience
* Resolve customer queries, concerns, and needs in a timely and efficient manner
* Upsell customers to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets

**What are the Qualifications to be a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at careerzynith?**

* At least 6 months of work-at-home experience
* At least 1 year of call center experience
* Must live in the state of North Carolina
* Must be 18 years of age
