**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Responding to customer service calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer queries and concerns in a courteous and respectful manner
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our products and services
* Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to senior team members or management
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

**Qualifications**

* 1 year of recent customer service or call center experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
* Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are an asset

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote call center environment
* Knowledge of the environmental services industry
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with customer relationship management software
