**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Online, Telephone, and In-Person Banking Support**

Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our clients through various channels, including: * **HOA Clients**: Answer HOA requests by email, including setting up accounts, processing stop pays, researching transactions, adding signers, and completing required due diligence for all banking clients, including Know Your Customer (KYC) steps. * **Online Banking Requests**: Perform online banking requests, including initiating wires, creating necessary documents (signature cards, Reg GG, HOA Agreements, etc.), closing accounts, issuing official checks, account adjustments, and other basic customer requests. * **Management Company/HOA Representative**: Act as a liaison between arenaflex's management companies and arenaflex, responsible for escalated situations and inquiries outside of ContactUs limitations. Consult with management on legal situations regarding agreements and contracts, and assist with unusual requests or new scenarios from management companies/HOAs. * **Service Clients**: Provide services to clients, including assisting with debit card activity, online banking, bill pay, travel notices, fraud detection and alerts, opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, auditing, and reporting. * **Compliance and Risk Management**: Comply with policies and procedures related to the position, communicate with clients about the features, advantages, and benefits of all bank deposit services, and develop "relationship banking" with each customer to provide high-quality service and retain business relations. * **Fraud Alerts and Dormant Accounts**: Research and address Fraud Alerts, and take appropriate action on dormant accounts for designated branches and clients. * **Debit Card Orders and Research Assignments**: Place debit card orders, complete research assignments, perform fraud assists as needed, and support and process requests conducted through online banking. * **Other Duties**: Perform such other duties as may be assigned or which inherently or logically belong with the position, exemplifying arenaflex's values while carrying out its mission and organizational goals and priorities. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED * 2 or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and competing priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online banking systems **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience in the banking or financial services industry * Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance * Strong understanding of online banking systems and processes * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong customer service and relationship-building skills **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online banking systems * Ability to adapt to change and competing priorities * Strong customer service and relationship-building skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing opportunities for growth and development.
