**Position Details**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Medical Receptionist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. Your duties will include:
* Handling telephones, patient appointment scheduling, patient check-in, insurance verification, authorization, pre-certifications, referrals, and posting charges
* Managing the business services for workers compensation, commercial carriers, employee health, and corporate accounts
* Maintaining accurate and well-coded billing and medical records
* Collaborating with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient experiences
* Providing training and support to new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
* Less than 1 Year Clerical/Administrative Experience Required
* Insurance and Customer Service Experience Preferred
* 1-2 years prior experience required for careerzynith Solutions
* Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required at some locations within 90 days of hire
**Skills and Competencies**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
* Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in computer software applications, including electronic medical records and billing systems
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve patient and provider issues
