At arenaflex, individuality is valued and celebrated, and we're passionate about fostering a culture where our associates can thrive, grow, and make a real impact. **The Role** As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative III, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Acting as escalations for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program Recipients and Affiliates * Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements * Accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes * Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone * Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the NJ Family Care rules/guidelines and other related program policies * Acting as a team lead for peer agents and providing guidance and support as needed **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes * The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers * Problem-solving skills through analysis and ongoing feedback * The ability to achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment * High School diploma or GED * Background check required * Must reside within 1 hour driving distance from Des Moines, IA **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following skills and qualifications will make you a strong candidate: * Excellent typing and grammar skills * Ability to navigate a computer * Understanding and utilization of policy * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent phone etiquette skills * Reliable internet access **What We Offer** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive salary of $19.00 per hour * Paid training with equipment provided * Full-time schedule (40 hours a week) * Career growth opportunities * PerkSpot employee discount program * Full benefit options, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive, employee-friendly culture where our associates can thrive and grow.
