Position Overview As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via live chat, while also handling data entry tasks with precision and accuracy.You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. From resolving technical issues to offering product recommendations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities * Engage with customers in real-time via live chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. * Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers in navigating our platforms to enhance their user experience.* Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved matters to ensure customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our products/services based on customer feedback. * Input data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, update order statuses for customers, and double-check their work to ensure accuracy. * Perform other data entry tasks as required to support the team's objectives.Qualifications * No prior experience required – we welcome individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. * Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software/tools. * A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.Essential Skills * Proficiency in live chat software and platforms. * Strong typing skills with the ability to type accurately and efficiently. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
