**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat, providing timely and professional resolutions
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as necessary
* Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior agents, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
* Document customer interactions and update records in our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets, consistently delivering high-quality service
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success

**Requirements**
