Your expertise in property and casualty insurance will enable you to navigate complex customer inquiries, identify opportunities for growth, and drive sales. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent) at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective arenaflex customers * Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary * Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer * Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service * Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met **Qualifications and Skill Sets** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skill sets: * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment * Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience * Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone * Strong technical background/ability to multi-task in several systems at once * Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications * Accountable and reliable **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Property/Casualty Insurance License required * High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus! * 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired.
