We're a company that's all about people, and we're committed to supporting our employees in living their lives to the fullest at home and at work. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, your responsibilities will include: * Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary * Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer * Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service * Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer **Qualifications and Skill Sets** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skill sets: * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment * Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience * Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone * Strong technical background/ability to multi-task in several systems at once * Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications * Accountable and reliable **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: * Property/Casualty Insurance License required * High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus! * 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired.
