**Job Summary**
As a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional service to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customers' insurance policies, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and process inbound calls from customers regarding their insurance policies
* Answer questions and resolve issues related to policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive experience
* Utilize computer systems and data systems to search for answers and information
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
* Must reside in Utah to be considered for this role
* Must have a valid driver's license (not required for remote work)

* 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Must be comfortable with being on web camera during training and production
