As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing consultative customer support and sales insights to customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to meet and exceed sales targets, call quality requirements, and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) * 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, call quality requirements, and customer satisfaction goals * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong product knowledge and understanding of home improvement products and services * Experience working with CRM software, sales tools, and other technology platforms * Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a
