Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications and software. A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
