**What You'll Do in This Role**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, and chat
* Helping customers resolve technical issues and answering their questions in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers with healthcare-related concerns and providing solutions to their problems
* Assessing customer needs and providing personalized support to meet their expectations
* Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our customers receive the best possible support
**Your Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation
* A minimum of 6 months customer service experience
* A verifiable High School diploma or GED
* Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
