About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, influencing members' experiences through your interactions. You will handle complex customer inquiries and issues via phone, web, or written correspondence, providing empathetic support and guidance. Your goal will be to build trust, resolve issues, and empower members to navigate their healthcare journey with confidence. Key Responsibilities: Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or written correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication. Provide personalized support, guidance, and education to members, taking into account their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of Blithequark plans, tools, and resources. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical teams, to address member concerns and develop solutions. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, leveraging available resources and tools. Maintain accurate records, track member interactions, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on Blithequark plans, policies, and procedures. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, customer service, communications). 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with healthcare terminology, insurance plans, and regulatory requirements.
