You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and emails, providing empathetic and informed support to customers navigating complex healthcare issues. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for helping others will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers, providing empathetic and informed support to resolve complex healthcare issues * Utilize multiple systems to manage customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chat sessions * Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their healthcare benefits, insurance coverage, and other related topics * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our healthcare clients' products and services to provide informed support to customers * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or higher preferred * 1+ year of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software * Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy * High-speed internet connection and a distraction-free work environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment * Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, products, and services * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software * Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy * High-speed internet connection and a distraction-free work environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
