**Position Overview**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our brand, providing world-class support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with booking, ticketing, and resolving travel-related inquiries, while handling changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests efficiently. Your goal will be to offer personalized solutions to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction, while upholding careerzynith's high standards for service and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide world-class support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience.
* Assist customers with booking, ticketing, and resolving travel-related inquiries, including:
+ Answering questions about flights, fares, and travel options
+ Processing bookings, cancellations, and changes
+ Resolving issues related to travel documents, visas, and travel requirements
* Handle changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to customers' travel plans.
* Offer personalized solutions to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction, including:
+ Providing recommendations for travel options and itineraries
+ Offering solutions for special requests, such as seat upgrades or meal preferences
+ Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
* Communicate careerzynith's policies, procedures, and benefits clearly, ensuring customers understand their options and responsibilities.
* Uphold careerzynith's high standards for service and professionalism, including:
+ Maintaining a positive and empathetic tone in all customer interactions
+ Resolving issues promptly and efficiently
+ Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
* Proficiency in customer service platforms and technology, including:
+ CRM software
+ Travel industry software
+ Communication tools (e.g. email, chat, phone)
* Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
* Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and patience
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
* Previous customer service or travel industry experience is a plus, but not required
