Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Digital Banking and Payments

**Job Description**

* 10:30AM - 7:00PM CST
* Note: Shifts are Monday-Friday with weekends as assigned
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
* Utilize multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries.
* Leverage standard screens, verbatim scripts, and procedures to provide industry-leading care and innovative solutions.
* Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
* Assist over 100+ customers per day by energetically engaging in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment via phone, online, or chat.
* Utilize empathy and effective communication skills when responding to customer inquiries.

* Collaborate with a dynamic team of customer service professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Work in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment via phone, online, or chat.
* Utilize multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries.
* Leverage standard screens, verbatim scripts, and procedures to provide industry-leading care and innovative solutions.
* Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
**Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

* If you have 1+ years of customer service experience, you'll be a strong candidate for this role!
