**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Compensation Claims and Injury Review**

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have been affected by these issues and guiding them through the compensation claims process. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers who have expressed interest in potential compensation claims, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities:** * Connect with callers through an automated dialer, with the goal of speaking to 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 callers may potentially qualify for compensation * Multitask while speaking with callers, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows * Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals * Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately * Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position * Adhere to all company policies and procedures * Assist with other projects as needed * Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues independently **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets * Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings * Meet or exceed monthly retention rates * Meet or exceed monthly upsell and cross-sell targets **Requirements:** * Must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey * Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace * Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with: + 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU * High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet) * Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432) (average price is $20-$30) * Strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles * 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with VICI and CRM software * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * Competitive and results-driven individual **Work Environment:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: + Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern + Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern * Training Schedule will be Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern * Quiet, distraction-free workspace required **Benefits:** * Health Insurance, Vision & Dental Coverage * Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) * Eligible for overtime outside of training period **Compensation:** * Salary Range starts at $17.31/hour * Commissions and bonuses available, with Total Compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+) **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, we encourage you to apply.
