**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in connecting with potential clients and helping them navigate the compensation and injury review process. Your responsibilities will include:

* Connecting with clients through an automated dialer and speaking with 40-50 callers per day
* Multitasking and managing multiple windows to provide excellent customer service
* Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
* Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately
* Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures
* Assisting with other projects as needed
* Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT problems

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be measured on the following KPIs:

* Retention rates
* Upsell and cross-sell rates
* Client satisfaction ratings
* First-call resolution rates
* Average handling time (AHT)

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* A competitive spirit – we work as a team, but pay for performance!
* A quiet, distraction-free workspace
* A reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook)
* High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum)
* A reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB
* Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused
* 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

* Experience with VICI and CRM software
* Knowledge of the compensation and injury review industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with sales and customer service software

**Hours of Operation**

Our full-time schedule is 40 hours a week, with the following hours:

* Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
* Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
* Training schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
