Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Collections and Account Management

**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Home Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll play a critical role in delivering a world-class experience for careerzynith customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Interacting with customers to negotiate bill arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections
* Providing a personalized careerzynith experience through treating customers with respect and appreciation, showcasing courtesy and friendliness, identifying various customer segments, and offering suitable solutions
* Demonstrating problem-solving skills by probing or making recommendations for handling exceptional account situations (e.g., bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.)
* Working in a multi-media environment (emails, phone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's fast-paced and requires prioritization
* Adhering to all credit regulations and procedures, account fee terms, billing/collections structures, and various state and federal laws, guidelines, and policies governing credit and collections
**About You:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* 1-2 years of previous customer experience or customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making abilities
* Experience handling escalated customer complaints
* Ability to apply various facts and data to respond to questions, identify issues, and resolve customer problems
* Strong technical skills, ability to work within multiple systems, and high proficiency with PC/Microsoft applications
* Access to a home workspace that's free from noise distractions
* Hardwired internet at your home location (using an Ethernet cable to directly connect the careerzynith-issued laptop to the modem or router)
* Meet the minimum bandwidth requirement of 40mbps download/5mbps upload
* Ability to interact through a careerzynith-issued internet webcam for required meetings, training, and/or interactions
* Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds of equipment
