**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
* Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner
* Assisting customers with appointment scheduling and ensuring a smooth experience
* Collaborating with Service Managers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to provide expert support
* Staying up-to-date on marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide accurate information to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proficiency in using phones and computers to navigate our systems and technologies
* A professional and polite demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences
* Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
* Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls simultaneously
* Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
* Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment, with a high volume of calls and a focus on customer satisfaction
