We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Ramp and Customer Service Agent, working remotely from home in a full-time capacity.

**Job Overview**

As a Ramp and Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that involve customer interactions and ramp operations. This role requires a high level of adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities**

* Assist passengers with their travel needs, including responding to inquiries, handling baggage, and checking-in travelers for flights.
* Perform ramp operations, such as loading and unloading baggage and freight, and marshaling aircraft.
* Conduct pre-flight preparations and security checks on aircraft.
* Provide boarding and door services, including assisting passengers, making announcements, and processing baggage claims.
* Process and secure passenger baggage, including handling claims for lost, damaged, or delayed baggage.
* Operate baggage handling equipment, including conveyor belts and lifts.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management, including tasks of varying complexity to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Valid driver's license.
* Ability to learn and work with modernized reservation systems.
* Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
* Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including twisting, bending, and reaching.
* Ability to perform basic math calculations.
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to participate in paid training that may require temporary travel.
* Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
* Ability to communicate in English.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum age of 18.
* Ability to work in the United States.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* At least one year of customer service or community service experience.

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Starting rate: $20.00 per hour.
