* Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process

* Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions
* Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy
* Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services
* Creating and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
* Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management
**Qualifications**
